Over the theoretical part of the seminar Ramil Akhmetgaliev, a managing partner of the Akhmetgaliev, Khrunova & Partners Law Firm, and Olga Podoplelova, a senior lawyer at the Institute for Law and Public  Policy,  discussed with the participants the general principles (concept, planning, conducting business, mistakes) and a systematic approach to conducting strategic litigation. The legal positions of the European Court of Human Rights and the Russian Constitutional Court on the protection of the professional rights of lawyers to obtain and disseminate information, as well as the requirements for complaints when applying to both courts, were also discussed in detail and analyzed. In the course of the practical part of the sessions, the participants dealt with individual cases on several subjects.
