"Mezhdunarodnoe pravosudie"(International justice) journal acts as informational partner of the conference “Problems of implementation of judgments of the European Court on Human Rights: dialogues on the voting of persons sentenced to imprisonment”, which will take place at Lomonosov Moscow State University on October 30, 2015.
Conference is devoted to a discussion of the problem of the ban on the voting of persons in detention, which has become a stumbling block in relations between the European Court of Human Rights and a number of States Parties.
